Two types of media

The backlit display is elegant and modern. It is thus second to none for drawing attention in public places. Whether it’s for the front window of a business, a showroom or for product presentation, it will be more visible and, especially, more durable than a poster.

At DPI, we specialize in large-format printing, we propose to print your advertising display on a medium that can be used in the backlit display. Please note here that if we do not supply the display, we can make suggestions about your selection of format and technology for it.

For printing on outdoor backlit display, we suggest two types of medium: backlight tarp or opalescent polyester film. We can print on these media, up to 5 meters wide. For indoor use, printing on opalescent polyester offers photo-quality precision for long-lasting images like the Duratrans. This translucent medium was designed for presentations or photography intended for backlit displays. We print on opalescent polyester up to 1.5 meters wide.

Illuminated interior cases

Opalescent polyester is used for printing illuminated signs. The diffusion layer of ultra white matte film is perfect for retro illuminated boxes and can be printed directly or the inverse – with a matte or glossy finish. The special properties of this material allow a beautiful colour density, which is revealed when it is illuminated.

Illuminated outdoor totem stands

We print your images for your retro boxes. Your standard or custom illuminated format is printed on a matte polyester film, which allows perfect light diffusion. This is an ideal way to showcase your products.

Backlit tarp or backlighting

A backlit (or diffusing) tarp offers a striking and elegant image, with a matte finish. Thanks to « double strike » printing, contrasts are accentuated, and color density is perfect. The backlit tarp diffuses light over its entire surface. Let it be your advantage for refined communication for any occasion.
